The passion for nature combined with the desire to offer an excellent product led the farm to the road of innovation, soon becoming one of the technologically advanced territorial realities without renouncing the craft of traditional processing. For decades we have dedicated ourselves to the production of wine grapes, cereals and legumes but it is the production of extra virgin olive oil that draws all our attention. To fully enhance the olive heritage, the company aims to exploit the indigenous cultivars through new olive plants in Peranzana, Frantoio and Carolea, which, together with the centuries-old Coratina olive groves, constitute the pride of the company. From these trees our best extra virgin will be born.
Each step of production is meticulously followed to preserve the genuineness of the fruit: from harvesting to storage, from defoliation and washing of olives to cold pressing. Our constant commitment to maintaining a high standard in the production processes, combined with the care of the olive groves, leads to the yield of a superior category extra virgin. The confirmation of a production process, based on the best techniques in the olive growing panorama is given by the numerous awards and prizes that the company receives annually on the national and international stages. In this sense I compare myself almost to a craftsman, a tailor with the intention of a detailed work. For me, the farm is a tailor’s shop, where details are fundamental and the attention is at highest.
