Io Voglio

Io Voglio. Blend of Coratina, Peranzana and Frantoio, Io Voglio is the oil for everyone. Created by combining, in carefully studied percentages, three different cultivars, it responds to the needs of consumers and the various gastronomic combinations. “A very bright extra virgin, of great suggestion. Fruity, light to medium, very complex aromatic with hints of green almond, apple, unripe olive and a slight tomato leaf with an aftertaste of wild herbs, bitter and spicy contents.” A complex extra virgin for the olfactory variegations. We can count, in the light-medium fruity of this oil, scents ranging from green almond to tomato leaf. The bitter taste and spicy content, with hints of wild herbs.
