Monocultivar of Ogliarola Garganica, a centuries-old native Apulian cultivar. Produced from olive trees with an irregular shape and with few plants per hectare. Fascinating and complex trees, to take your breath away; this is why it is called La Fèmm’n, the woman. A clean and balanced oil, very delicate, medium fruity, fragrant to the taste, sweet with hints of oregano and heart of unripe tomato.
