The house of our oil

Our company is located in the green countryside dominated by centuries-old olive trees, where the link with the history and peasant culture is kept intact. Surrounded by greenery, the oil mill is the perfect synthesis of our philosophy which constantly seeks to combine present and past, craftsmanship and technology. Our building, with its modern structure and its colors taken from nature, does not predominate but harmoniously lies in the territory that hosts it, keeping its charm and poetry intact. We are olive growers and the oil mill is our home. It is here that, under our punctual supervision, all the production processes of our extra virgin olive oil take place. The detachment of the fruit from the plant marks the precise moment when the processing work begins.
