The great passion for Nature, supported by the desire to produce a superior quality oil, led us on the path of innovation, soon becoming one of the most technologically advanced companies in the area without however giving up the teachings of traditional processing.
For three generations we have been dedicated to the production of cereals and legumes, but it is the production of extra virgin olive oil that draws all our attention. We are committed to valorising native cultivars: we do this through the new olive groves which, together with the centuries-old olive trees over 230 years old, constitute the pride of the company.
Our commitment
To guarantee a healthy, good and sustainable product, we have always invested in the sustainability of our crops.
Our integrated system stands out for the use of low-impact agricultural practices and a rational and responsible use of fertilizers. These practices, in addition to guaranteeing the quality of our extra virgin olive oil, generate a less aggressive production cycle in terms of ecological footprint.
We also keep the use of water resources under control. For this reason we have been using precision irrigation techniques since the mid-90s and in particular capillary sub-irrigation which reduces water consumption by up to 60% compared to traditional methods.

Siamo eticamente consapevoli e socialmente responsabili dell’importanza delle nostre scelte aziendali a partire da quelle fatte in campo: i nostri mezzi agricoli sono dotati di strumentazioni di ultima generazione, interconnessi con l’azienda e alimentati da motori a basse emissioni di CO2.
Ogni passaggio della produzione è seguito con meticolosità per preservare la genuinità del frutto: dalla raccolta allo stoccaggio, dalla defogliazione e lavaggio alla molitura ed estrazione a freddo.
Questo nostro impegno costante nel mantenimento di uno standard elevato in ogni processo, unito alla naturale vocazione della nostra azienda per la sostenibilità, ci regala un extravergine di categoria superiore.
