Monocultivar di Ogliarola Garganica, autochthonous cultivar from Apulia. Produced from olive trees with irregular sixth and with few plants per hectare. Fascinating and complex trees, to take your breath away; for this is called La Fèmm'n, the woman. A clean and balanced oil, very delicate, medium fruity, fragrant taste, sweet with hints of oregano and green tomato heart.
